Andy Petruccelli is the owner of Asphalt Partners of GA, an experienced asphalt company serving West Georgia and the surrounding Southeast. He co-founded the company alongside his business partner, Matt Payton, a longtime friend he has known since childhood. Their shared history brings a high level of trust, communication, and alignment to how they operate—focused, dependable, and built on doing what they say they’re going to do.

With over 30 years of construction experience, Andy built his career on precision, accountability, and performing in demanding jobsite environments. Starting in the electrical trade, he was often among the first on site, gaining firsthand exposure to grading, site preparation, and how projects are built from the ground up. Today, he leads Asphalt Partners of GA with a focus on commercial and residential asphalt paving, sealcoating, maintenance, striping, and pothole repair—building the right team, using the right materials, and delivering on the company’s commitment to quality in everything we do.

Our Leadership

With over 27 years of experience in real estate development, investment and sales, Matt Payton brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to the asphalt paving industry. Backed by a Bachelor of Science in Economics, he has built his career on understanding value, managing risk, and delivering on commitments—principles that directly translate to successful project execution.

Today, Asphalt Partners of GA applies that same mindset to every paving job—focusing on clear communication, efficient operations, and doing the work right the first time.
